ART AUTUMN 2025
Autumn started for us with a real highlight – about 400 visitors celebrated the opening of the two autumn exhibitions
FINISSAGE OF THE EXHIBITIONS ON OCTOBER 19TH FROM 12:00 PM.
On Sunday, September 28 opened the Art Autumn 2025 at Wittkielhof – with two exhibitions, a book launch, and a lively musical opening.
Exhibition 1
“The Kids are the Stars” – Germany’s largest children’s art exhibition!
More than 400 children’s artworks, created in workshops with preschools and schools from our region, transform 400 square meters of exhibition space into a colorful, inspiring experience.
This extraordinary show is curated by Flensburg artist Henrik Becker.
On the opening, the accompanying book “The Kids are the Stars” was released – 100% of its proceeds go to new free children’s art projects run by our association.
Special extra:
Original works from the Roosen-Trinks Collection, which served as an inspiration for the children, are also on display – including pieces by Stephan Balkenhol, Picasso, Klaus Fußmann, Thorsten Brinkmann, Sofie Bird Møller, Rupprecht Matthies, Flensburg artist Nele Engler, Flensburg artists Henrik Becker and Thore Bernstein, among many others.
Exhibition 2

The renowned artist, DJ and producer presents powerful portraits from her series “Women in Electronic Music.” Her work combines photography, music, portraiture and pop culture in a distinctive way.
Musical opening:
The Flensburg student band “La Banda Viktoria”, led by Christian Spevak, created a great atmosphere and kicked off our opening celebration.
