review 2026

Artists, visitors, children and young people, senior citizens, sponsors, and the ever-growing circle of friends of the association and of art from northern Germany and Denmark.

It was an eventful 2026! In April, for “I am a drinnie”, we built a little house complete with wallpaper and furniture. Visitors could enjoy art inside and browse books provided by the Felix Jud bookshop. Also in April, we held a children’s workshop with Danish artist Thomas Lunau, a long-standing friend of KUNST FÜR ANGELN e.V. Once again, many children immersed themselves wholeheartedly in the creative process.

In autumn came the first KUNST FÜR ANGELN Solo Show, featuring large, colourful paintings by the young Flensburg artist Henrik Becker.

The audience was delighted — and so were the children who took part in his workshop in early October.

At the same time, the exhibition “Icons of Photography Art” presented masterpieces of photography, many of them portraits of film stars from the last century.

Art enriches our inner world, inspires conversation, and encourages us to engage creatively with beauty.

We look forward to celebrating our anniversary next year with many friends, supporters and artists!
