OUTLOOK 2026
There will once again be various exhibitions and workshops in 2026
As always, admission is free, and there are no participation fees for workshop attendees.
Anyone who would like to become a member of the circle of friends of Kunst für Angeln or support us with a small donation is very welcome to contact me directly.
Art strengthens resilience—whether created by oneself or simply through engaging with it.
Even viewing art can give hope, brighten one’s mood, and inspire confidence.
Engaging with art—actively or passively—should really be prescribed by a general practitioner!
Until that happens, Kunst für Angeln, with its numerous exhibitions and workshops, continues to offer free inspiration and genuine enrichment for everyday life.
In 2026, literature will join art—our book “The Kids are the Stars” was only the beginning.
Kunst für Angeln has prepared a culturally rich and artistic year for 2026:
Four exceptionally exciting exhibitions are planned—an expanded collaboration with young Danish artists and projects designed to spark curiosity, once again presenting Kunst für Angeln as a vibrant place for art and encounters.
But before looking ahead to the 2026 program, it is worth reflecting back: 2025 was another highly successful year for Kunst für Angeln. Four impressive exhibitions at Wittkielhof and two creative children’s workshops shaped the annual program. Children were deliberately placed at the center: the major autumn exhibition “The Kids are the Stars” was entirely dedicated to their works—and also inspired the publication of our association’s first book.
2026 began with the exhibition “Ich bin ein Drinnie” – with a new cross-border collaboration, new young talents exhibiting publicly with us for the first time, as well as exciting exclusive programs and activities for the KfA circle of friends.
What follows: the first solo exhibition, news from our KfA shop, more about our project “Art Against Loneliness”, and updates on planning our anniversary “Celebrating KfA – 5 Years of Kunst für Angeln”—and much more!
